Thanks for your interest! I have been fortunate to have flourished in my career now for nearly Two Decades. I have seen a lot of agents enter and leave the arena over those years and I'm happy to still be going strong. I have been involved during that time with all Aspects of Real Estate. Which has made a large difference in my career overall. When I started, I was Building Houses to sell. I then moved into Investment Real Estate and started Building a Portfolio while restoring houses in our area that I was investing in. While Agency has always been the core of my work in Real Estate, I made it my career goal to be an expert in all aspects of this business. That decision has led me to a wide range of expertise in many different fields of the Industry. Some include; Residential Sales both Seller and Buyer agency, Building portfolio's for Investment Real Estate for myself and others (I have 30 investment properties in a current 15 year aggresive portfolio), Commercial Projects, Residential New Construction and Renovation, Commercial and Residential Development, Property Management, Hoa Management and I have created temporary housing solutions for our area and provided homes to clientele' and the public alike. My real passion in my industry is creating innovative paths for Clients through the latest Tech and aggressive tactics. I have recently started investing in Technology that reaches buyers in ways most Agents can't. A more recent investment is in live stream open houses. Live stream is where buyers can interact with me and view the home on their portable device while I answer questions in real time. In an age where everyone is connected and no one wants to connect in person, we as REALTORS have to get creative to reach our true audience. Instantaneous connection through Technology and Devices is exactly what will sell houses going forward in the future and I have invested in this direction heavily. Within my profession, I prefer an aggressive stance to working in Real Estate and have created several unique ways of achieving an efficient and successful outcome for all my clients over the years. I work closely with a only a handful of people at any given time by design as well because I wish to give a tailored and a more refined experience for the Client. Couple that with Aggressive Tactics, Rich time and energy investment in a client and efficient planning and you can start to see what kind of agent you are getting when we start to work together. Real Estate has changed from when I started over 15 years ago. I've seen how many agents who didn't survive made mistakes that I took notice of and I decided to tailor my business in another direction. The difference is, I'm still HERE.
